And it came to pass that in the first year that Adam and Eve did leave the garden was marked as the first day of the year of the first Jubilee;
2
And so it was that upon the day of Yom Kippur that they did begin their ascent, for it was the day of the atonement of mankind.
3
¶ And it came to pass that Adam and Eve did bear a son, and they did name him Seth;
4
And so it was that Seth was born in the seventh year from the time Adam and Eve were cast out of the Garden of Paradise; therefore, they did know that they were forgiven of their debts.
5
¶ And it came to pass that Seth and Azurah did bear a son, and they did name him Enos; and Enos was born in the thirty-seventh year of the first Jubilee.
6
¶ And so it was that Enos and Naom did bring forth a son, and they did name him Qeynan; and Qeynan was born in the nineteenth year of the second Jubilee.
7
¶ And it came to pass that Qeynan and Melkah did bear a son, and they did name him Mahalal’el; and Mahalal’el was born in the thirty-eighth year of the second Jubilee.
8
¶ And so it was that Mahalal’el and his wife, Diynah, did bring forth a son, and they did name him Yared; and Yared was born in the forty-fifth year of the second Jubilee.
9
¶ And it came to pass that Yared and Baraka did bear a son, and they did name him Enoch; and Enoch was born in the sixteenth year of the third Jubilee.
10
¶ And it came to pass that Enoch and Aadani and Ydri and Yydnah did bring forth a son, for they were one; and they did name him Methuselah, and they did raise him as one until they were taken.
11
And so it was that Methuselah was born in the thirty-fifth year of the third Jubilee; and Zion was taken from off the earth in the year of Jubilee.
12
¶ And it came to pass that from the time that Adam and Eve were cast out of the garden unto the day that Zion, the city that Enoch did build, was 150 years.
13
¶ And it came to pass that Methuselah and Adnah did bear a son, and they did name him Lamech;
14
And so it was that Lamech was born in the year of Jubilee, yea, even the very year that Zion was taken; therefore, they did know that their debts were forgiven them.
15
¶ And it came to pass that Lamech and Shlomiyth did bring forth a son, and they did name him Noah; and Noah was born on the twenty-first day of the fourth Jubilee.
16
¶ And from Enoch unto Noah it was fifty years to the day from that day that the Shulumnah of Zion was taken from off the earth, being the year of Jubilee.
17
And so it was that in that day Noah and Na’amah did take their sons and the daughters of their sons into that ark, and the mercy of יהוה (YHVH) was given.
