Chapter 29

In the Beginning

1

And it came to pass that I was left a lone man in that cave for some time, and there I did pore over these writings as I continued to ponder and pray;

2

For I was willing to walk forth and get myself up out of this cave, but I knew not where to go, nor if there was more that YHVH Yir’eh (יהוה יראה YHVH will provide) should desire me to write, or what I should do with these writings.

3

And it came to pass that one morning, as I had finished breaking my fast, a malak of יהוה (YHVH), did stand before me, and he did open his mouth, and he did speak unto me saying:

4

Zenock, son of Zenoch, son of Joseph and of Levi, I shall teach thee of the mysteries of the Torah of יהוה (YHVH), given thee out of the mouth of Moses, friend of יהוה (YHVH);

5

Doth thou know the Torah of Moses?

6

¶ And I did open my mouth to answer him, saying: Yea, but this Torah was given unto me mouth to ear from my youth, and I do recite it every day that I should remember it.

7

¶ And the angel did speak again, saying: Doth thou understand: In the Beginning?

8

And I did speak unto the angel, saying: Yea, in the beginning YHVH did create, by HaShem, HaElohim, and the Heavens, and the Earth; and this YHVH did in both knowledge and wisdom.

9

¶ And the angel did speak unto me again, asking me: And what of Ha’Elohim?

10

¶ And I did open my mouth again, and I did speak, saying: In the earth it is understood that Ha’Elohim are the gods of all the lands, and unto YHVH was given the lands of Israel as His portion, but this is not so:

11

For all the earth is his footstool, and the gods of men did come, being created by mankind; and these did take unto themselves a portion of that which belongeth unto יהוה (YHVH),

12

For יהוה (YHVH) did create the earth to be one, a mirror of the heavens, not to be carved up and carried away unto the pride and greed of mankind.

13

For when mankind is one, there is more than enough to sustain all life in abundance, but it is the greed of man that creates poverty and cruelty, robbing the earth of justice and mercy.

14

¶ And the angel did speak again, saying: It is good and correct, all that thou hath said.

15

And I shall tell thee more, and thou shall write it, for I am Tzaphkiel (צפקיאל, Beholder of God), and I shall share with you a mystery.

16

Yah did love Yachid, and together in their oneness, the Ruach HaKodesh (רוח הקודש the Holy Spirit) was present; and this is oneness יהוה (YHVH).

17

And in Yah, יהוה (YHVH) did create Ha’Elohim (האלהים), and in this Elohim (אלהים) did shape and dispatch (ברא, create) Ha’Elohim (האלהים);

18

For all things that exist, even יהוה (YHVH), are intelligent, and יהוה (YHVH) is the greatest intelligence:

19

And YHVH is one from everlasting to everlasting; yea, never was there a time when יהוה (YHVH) was not Elohim.

20

Yea, never was there a time when יהוה (YHVH) was created, for יהוה (YHVH) is I AM, the Creator, and יהוה (YHVH) is United, יהוה (YHVH) is One, יהוה (YHVH) is Unity.

21

This eternal light, Ha’Or En Sof, is of Yah (יה), and through the Hei (ה) it is given, begotten through the Yachid, into this creation.

22

This is the light and the life of this world; if it were not so, nothing would be, or in other words, without this light, everything would cease to be:

23

And all that could be would be the great sea of waters, or the sea of intelligences, resting in The Presence of the Waters (פני המים Panie HaMayim, or The Face of the Waters),

24

For intelligences (from לב, the heart, the true self) are eternal and cannot be changed or destroyed from everlasting to everlasting, only added upon, which is the creation.

25

¶ And this light, Ha’Or En Sof, comes down as the emanation of YHVH Elohim, and this is Ha’Elohim who did create all things here upon this earth in this creation in HaShem YHVH;

26

Therefore, mankind was created in the image of Elohim, being made to pass the light of the creation through the thirty-two paths to finish this creation.

27

¶ But יהוה (YHVH) did allow mankind to keep their agency, and this that mankind might be made from incorruptible to corruptible, and the thirty-two paths became unclean.

28

This is what is meant when Moses taught Israel that thistles and thorns should sprout up and that Adam should eat bread by the sweat of his brow;

29

For these vessels (kelim) that hold the light on the thirty-two paths became dark and must be cleaned.

30

¶ And this is what is meant to walk the thirty-two paths, to keep each vessel (kli) clean upon the path to allow that light to shine forth and heal this creation.

31

And these emanations come from the love of God and are seen in the love of mankind for YHVH as mankind cares for this creation.
