The blessing of Ha’Rachaman (the Merciful One) rested on us in abundance; though we ate uncooked flesh, our women were strong, filled with life; their bodies overflowing with nourishment for their children, enduring the journey without complaint, bearing hardship with a strength equal to the men.

And so it was that she (Na'amah) did speak unto Methuselah, and Lamech, her fathers-in-law, and unto Noah, her husband, saying: Thus saith Ha’Rachaman (the Merciful One): Rise up, of ye men of Elohim Chaiyim (The Living God)! For this is the last time ye shall be sent out unto the sons of man! And speak unto their ears, saying: Turn away from your secret oaths and secret combinations, and walk in teshuvah before YHVH Raphacha (God that Heals and Restores)! For the end of all flesh has come unto this generation, and because of the deeds of wickedness of this generation, I shall send my mercy, and this creation shall be washed clean and begin anew.
