Chapter 32

Adam

1

And now, I shall tell thee of what was before the beginning, for before the beginning was Ahman Ha’Olam (אמון העולם Master Architect of the World).

2

Ha’Elohim did gather before the throne of Yah, and of יהוה (YHVH), and there Ahyeh Asher Ahyeh (אהיה אשר אהיה The Creator) did say: Who shall I send first?

3

¶ And the one who was like God, even Michael, said: Send me.

4

¶ And the Ego said, Send me!

5

¶ And Oseh Shalom (עשה שלום Maker of Peace) sent the first, and he did become Adam, and his wife, Eve; and these are the life of mankind.

6

But the second was angry and was cast out; therefore, the Ego became the adversary of mankind, seeking only to take for himself.

7

¶ And this is life and death, life to give and death to take, for in Adam doth mankind find life, in and through that life the light of Ha’Yohtzar Ha’Or (היצר האור He Who did Fashion/Create the Light).

8

And as Adam and Eve did read from the book that I did speak unto them, they did learn from the letters and from the words, and thus did they know what was true from what was false by the spirit of it.

9

And this knowledge and this wisdom did come unto them from the revelation of the Ha’Or En Sof, by which mankind might discern good from evil, and this because they did partake of the fruit of that tree.

10

And in holiness, Adam and Eve did perform the rituals and the ordinances that all mankind might know Ahyeh Asher Ahyeh (אהיה אשר אהיה The Creator).

11

¶ And they did write the words of the book upon a stone of sapphire, and the Torah of יהוה (YHVH) given unto Adam and Eve is even this:

12

Thou shalt circumcise thy heart; do this that thou might live the Torah and know יהוה (YHVH).

13

¶ And unto this Torah there are three degrees: the reverence of fear (or awe) is the first degree, the reverence of petition is the second degree, and the reverence of love is the third degree.

14

And the first degree is the fear of judgment, and the second degree is the mitzvoth, the duty of mankind, and the third degree is the birth of the soul, the return to truth (one’s true self).

15

And the three degrees are but one degree, for in the first degree is the soul born, and in the third degree the judgement lifted, thus it is to have one degree is to have all three degrees.

16

And at the first mankind obeys out of fear, and then desiring reward; but in the end, as moved by the Breath (Ruach HaKodesh רוח הקודש the Holy Spirit), and in this doth mankind grow in the grace of the mercy of יהוה (YHVH).

17

And in the first degree, the mist is lifted; and in the second degree, the hidden light is seen; and in the third degree, the deepest of the mysteries (secrets) of YHVH Ameth (יהוה הוא אמת YHVH is Truth) are revealed (or opened).

18

¶ Written upon each Torah are the seventy-two names of יהוה (YHVH).
